Get There! Now!

What is the Get There! Program

The Get There! Program

  • Academically eligible Sophomores and Juniors can sign up for college courses for their Junior and Senior high school years
  • All courses are dual credit and fulfill both high school and college course requirements, making your time spent efficient, and giving you a head start for college
  • You will be considered a regular university student, with full access to the library, online resources, tutoring center and on-campus student activities

Classes will be held at the Four County Area Cooperative facility - 1607 East Dowling Street in Kendallville. If your school provides transportation to vocational programs, hitch a ride and Get There! for academically rigorous college courses. Or drive over for a dual credit course or two and spend the rest of the day at your home school.

Should I take AP or Get There! courses?
Indiana High School standards require students to take two or more AP or college courses to complete an Honors Diploma. Indiana also is establishing a Core Transfer Library of courses that are guaranteed transferable from college to college. All Get There! courses are on the Core Transfer Library list, and upon completion, will appear on your high school transcript and your official university transcript.
